Byrnes Guillaume is a licensed attorney in the State of Florida and a member of the Florida and American Bar Associations. He is experienced in providing legal solutions for individuals in need of legal representation in such areas of law as Criminal Defense, Immigration, Wills, Personal Injury, Landlord/Tenant Disputes, and Family Law.
Byrnes has earned his experience as a prosecutor for the State Attorney office in the Seventeenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, where, among other important functions, he prosecuted misdemeanor crimes such as DUI, Battery, Petit Theft, Possession of Cannabis, and served as lead prosecutor in bench and jury trials for criminal cases on behalf of the State of Florida.
Byrnes Guillaume has received a Juris Doctor degree from Western New England College School of Law and an MBA from Howard University.
