Benjamin Darche
Benjamin Darche is an associate attorney at the New York City based personal injury law firm of Weitz & Luxenberg.
He joined the firm's Asbestos Litigation group in 2004. Benjamin prosecutes cases against corporations valued at more than $10 million where clients have been diagnosed with catastrophic cancers caused by asbestos exposure.
Before coming to the firm, he served as an assistant district attorney in Queens County, NY, from 2000-04, working in that office’s felony trial, appeals, and domestic violence bureaus.
