Robert Green
Robert Green is an associate attorney at the New York City based personal injury law firm of Weitz & Luxenberg.
Prior to joining Weitz & Luxenberg in the summer of 2016, Mr. Green committed himself for nine years at Simon, Greenstone, Panatier, Bartlett, to representing people harmed by asbestos, as well as defective products, and environmental toxins.

His team obtained a verdict of $22.7 million on behalf of his client against the John Crane, Inc., for contributing to this Navy veteran’s mesothelioma. He also earned a verdict against Honeywell of $10.9 million for the family of a plumber, which became the first mesothelioma verdict ever awarded in the Fresno County Superior Court.
